Irons in the Fire: Stress Relief Herbal Tea Blend
Ingredients: tulsi, skullcap, lemon balm, milky oat, schisandra berry
Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is a powerful adaptogen, helping your cells respond to and manage stress. Lemon balm is helpful for nervousness and calms moments of hysteria. Schisandra Berry is an adaptogenic berry that fights adrenal fatigue that is linked to stress. Skullcap soothes the mind and is a specific for chronic stress. Milky oat is a revered nervine tonic in herbalism.
Directions: 1 teaspoon of tea blend per 1 cup of water. Pour boiling water over dried herbs and allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Strain, add honey if desired, and enjoy. Drink no more than 3 cups a day.
